Role Description
· Provide exceptional customer service by interacting daily with members and guests
· Order merchandise for the Golf Shop
· Monitor and replenish shop inventory
· Operate the POS system accurately and efficiently
· Collaborate with team members to manage daily Golf Shop operations, including:
· Opening and closing the Golf Shop
· Maintaining professional shop presentation and merchandise displays
· Assisting members and guests with special orders
· Answering phone calls and registering members for tee times and tournaments
· Promote the game of golf and support club initiatives at BBCC
Qualifications
· Retail experience preferred
· Self-motivated, energetic, and outgoing personality
· Willing and able to work weekends and holidays
· Local work experience preferred but not required
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer software
Compensation
· $20 per hour (Seasonal: May–August)
· Flexible start and end dates
· 40–50 hours per week
