Responsibilities and Duties
● Scrape, rinse, and load dishes and utensils into a dish machine.
● Wash and sanitize all pans, utensils, and dishes.
● Clean, sanitize, and maintain the dish machine.
● Unload dishes and utensils from the dish machine and organize them properly.
● Empty trash containers regularly
Maintain a clean work area in kitchen by sweeping and mopping as needed
● Perform additional cleaning duties as requested
● Clean food prep stations and equipment
● Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
● Maintains a clean kitchen, properly washes and sorts soiled dishes, and preps
foods as needed. Keeps the dish area free of clutter and organized.
● Sets up dish stations, including dish machines and sinks.
● Maintains clean / dry floors throughout the shift.
● Assists in the timely storing of food deliveries.
● Follows daily dish cleaning duties.
● Assists in food prep and any other duties set forth or requested by the Chef
