Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Server/Bartender to join our team. You will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our Members and Guests. We are looking for friendly, out-going, and professional staff with a passion for delivering outstanding service while working in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations regarding food and beverages
- Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
- Enter orders into the POS system and ensure accuracy
- Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and professionally
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or issues
- Clear tables and maintain cleanliness of dining areas
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Process guest payments accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Restock bar supplies and ensure inventory levels are maintained
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Server/Bartender in a country club preferred
- Knowledge of food and beverage menus, is a plus
- Knowledge of bartending techniques, drink recipes, and mixology
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Strong multitasking abilities to handle multiple tables and prioritize tasks
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order taking and processing

Physical Demands
This position requires standing, walking and bending throughout the day and the ability to lift, stack and maneuver restaurant equipment and carry food trays.
Must be at least 18 years old and able to work flexible schedule including day and evening shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
