Job Summary:
This position reports to the Manager of Panther Bar Memberships & Exclusives Experiences. This position will serve guests in VIP Members only lounges which are open for all Panther home games and select events throughout the year. This position requires an individual capable of working in a fast-paced, competitive and fun working environment. This individual should be a true hospitality specialist who exhibits attentiveness and discreteness with high end clientele in a premium environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Serve guests in VIP Members Only lounge utilizing fine dining etiquette
Upsell products and present proper bottle service
Bartend as needed
Responsible for post event clean up

Qualifications:

3+ Years Experience in Private County Club, High-end Restaurant or Luxury Hotel a plus
Excellent ability to establish rapport & professional relationship with staff & members
Proven good judgment and decision-making skills
Excellent time management skills
Excellent immediate problem-solving skills
Ability to adjust to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor
Serv Safe certification a plus
Professional appearance
POS Savvy
Strong Culinary Knowledge

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is an non-exempt (hourly) position. Must be able to work flexible hours, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Premium lounges remain open 60-90 post event.
