As a Server, you will curate the Member and guest experience by genuinely sharing your knowledge and enthusiasm. You will drive the food and beverage culture and assist in the daily operations of our restaurant and bar.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Deliver dining experiences that align with standards of excellence.
- Offer prompt, precise, and personable service, understanding and catering to members and guest preferences.
- Engage Members and guests with descriptive details about menu items, including their origins, flavors, and preparation techniques.
- Use the Club's point-of-sale system efficiently, ensuring harmony between the kitchen's output and the member's request.
- Anticipate members' needs, ensure their satisfaction, and address any concerns immediately.
- Uphold service standards in all interactions.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene, maintaining a sanitized work environment.
- Monitor equipment and storage temperatures, ensuring optimal functionality.
- Address member feedback with tact and liaise with management when needed.
- Reflect the professional standards in all behaviors and interactions.
- Foster harmonious relationships with colleagues.
- Other duties and projects as assigned
WHAT YOU BRING
- Experience: Minimum 2 years as a server; work experience in a luxury Food & Beverage setting is a plus.
- Must have open availability/flexible schedule – Weekends, Evenings, and holidays.
- Must provide work authorization document - proof of eligibility to work in the United States of America
