Harrison Meadows Country Club is seeking a full time Grill Line Cook.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepare and execute all grilled menu items including proteins, sandwiches, and accompaniments according to recipes and plating standards.
- Maintain proper cooking temperatures, portion control, and food presentation at all times.
- Set up and break down the grill station before and after service.
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service standards and ticket times.
- Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures in compliance with local health regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked grill station throughout service.
- Communicate effectively with chefs, expeditors, and fellow line cooks during service.
- Assist with prep work, inventory rotation, and labeling as needed.
- Properly store food items following FIFO standards.
- Support other kitchen stations as business levels require.
