Server – Part-Time (Weekends)

About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Servers to join our Food & Beverage team. As a Server, you will create exceptional dining experiences for our members and their guests across our dining rooms, private events, and special occasions. This role requires attention to detail, strong menu knowledge, and a passion for hospitality.
What You’ll Do
- Provide attentive food and beverage service during member dining, private parties, and special events.
- Welcome members and guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.
- Learn and anticipate member preferences to deliver a personalized experience.
- Guide guests through our menus, daily specials, wine list, and beverage offerings with confidence.
- Partner with the kitchen to ensure accuracy for special requests, dietary needs, and allergy concerns.
- Maintain high service standards, including proper timing of courses and attention to table details.
- Set up, maintain, and close down service stations; complete side work and daily checklists.
- Handle billing accurately and follow all club policies regarding food and alcohol service.
- Create a welcoming environment that encourages members and guests to return.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in fine dining, upscale casual dining, or private club service (2 years preferred).
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of wines, spirits, cocktails, and food pairings.
- Skills: Ability to multi-task, work with urgency, and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
- Professionalism: Polished appearance, excellent communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset.
- Availability: Must be able to work weekends (Friday–Sunday), with both day and evening shifts required.
Requirements
- Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages.
- Food safety and alcohol service certifications preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must relocate to Larchmont, NY prior to start.
