Private Club is currently looking to hire a talented part time bartender.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work Mandatory Event Days, including late nights and weekends
- Demonstrated English language proficiency, including ability to speak, read, write, and understand English well enough to meet minimally acceptable performance standards set for job duties
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
Job Tasks/Duties
- Complete opening and closing duties
- Responsibilities include: Prepare drink orders for members and guests according to specified recipes
- Issue, open, and serve wine/champagne bottles
- Set up and maintain cleanliness and condition of bar, bar unit, tables, and other tools
- Prepare fresh garnishes for drinks
- Stock ice, glassware, and disposable supplies
- Restock bar with liquor and supplies
- Transport supplies to bar set-up area
- Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs
- Count receipts at end of shift, complete designated reports, and resolve any discrepancies
- Secure liquors, beers, wines, coolers, cabinets, and storage areas
- Follow all company, safety and security policies and procedures
- Ensure uniform and personal appearance is clean and professional
- Welcome and acknowledge all members and guests according to CC standards
- Communicate with clear and professional language
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with fellow employees
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors
Physical Demands and Work Environment
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 40 pounds without assistance
- Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
- Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time
Required education:
- High school or equivalent
