Private Club is currently looking to hire a talented part time bartender.

Qualifications

Must be available to work Mandatory Event Days, including late nights and weekends
Demonstrated English language proficiency, including ability to speak, read, write, and understand English well enough to meet minimally acceptable performance standards set for job duties
Ability to prioritize and multi-task

Job Tasks/Duties

Complete opening and closing duties
Responsibilities include: Prepare drink orders for members and guests according to specified recipes
Issue, open, and serve wine/champagne bottles
Set up and maintain cleanliness and condition of bar, bar unit, tables, and other tools
Prepare fresh garnishes for drinks
Stock ice, glassware, and disposable supplies
Restock bar with liquor and supplies
Transport supplies to bar set-up area
Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs
Count receipts at end of shift, complete designated reports, and resolve any discrepancies
Secure liquors, beers, wines, coolers, cabinets, and storage areas
Follow all company, safety and security policies and procedures
Ensure uniform and personal appearance is clean and professional
Welcome and acknowledge all members and guests according to CC standards
Communicate with clear and professional language
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with fellow employees
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors

Physical Demands and Work Environment

Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 40 pounds without assistance
Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time
