Responsibilities:
- Setting the table
- Presenting the menu and assisting customers in food selection
- Preparing alcohol and non-alcohol beverages
- Interacting with customers, taking orders, and serving snacks and drinks
- Assessing customers' needs and preferences, and making recommendations
- Delivering food to tables
- Providing an exceptional customer experience
- Staying guest-focused and fostering an excellent guest experience
- Complying with all food and beverage regulations
Qualifications:
- Strong listening and communication skills
- Ability to multitask efficiently
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience as a waitress or waiter is required
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Relevant training certificate
- Knowledge of Jonas software is preferred
- Previous experience in an upscale restaurant is required
- 1-2 years of experience in a country club or upscale restaurant is preferred
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
