We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer support and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. This role requires a professional demeanor, excellent time management skills, and proficiency in various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing a positive first impression.
- Answer phone calls with proper phone etiquette, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and well-organized.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently using Google Workspace and other software tools.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members as needed.
- Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and handling correspondence.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while ensuring compliance with company policies
Digital & Social Media
- Manage the club’s website and social media presence, including content planning, posting
- Assist in producing engaging digital content such as videos, photography, and newsletters to showcase club life and events
Events & Communications
- Collaborate with the Clubhouse Manager and Food & Beverage teams to assist in marketing tournaments, social events, and dining specials.
- Assist in the design of event collateral, such as flyers, signage, and email campaigns.
- Coordinate internal communications to keep members informed and engaged through newsletters, announcements, and digital screens.
- Assist in maintaining reservations and dining schedule accurately on the club's website.
- Assist with making food and beverage signage and menus
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and other computer applications relevant to administrative tasks.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize responsibilities effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer support in a professional manner.
- Familiarity with data entry processes and attention to detail is essential.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills as needed.
