- Provides immediate attention to all members and guests upon seating.
- Distributes food and wine menus; answers questions. Recites and describes daily specials. Suggests daily drink specials.
- Ensure that the correct account numbers and names are given for billing.
- Places orders with kitchen; informs cooks about any special cooking instructions.
- Assembles food on tray; procures items from each station as necessary.
- Serves meals; places dishes by courses in front of each person to their left using pivot points for accuracy
- Checks back to ensure member and guest satisfaction.
- Removes soiled dishes. Clears tables from the right of each member or guest after each course and resets them with appropriate silverware.
- Keeps dining and bar areas clean.
- Completes all side work as assigned.
- Advises supervisor of any complaints as soon as they occur.
- Performs all side work, clean-up, and closing duties as assigned by manager.
- Attends pre-meal meetings.
- Thanks members and guests; invites them to return.
- Consistently follows local and state laws and the club’s policies and procedures for the service of alcoholic beverages to members and guests.
- Ability to stand for a long duration & carry trays.
- Professional appearance with an upbeat and friendly attitude.
- Cleans, sanitizes, and maintains all assigned work areas, equipment, and utensils to ensure sanitation standards are met.
- Maintains good working relationship with coworkers, members, and management.
- Resolves customer concerns and reports relevant information to management.
- Performs other duties as assigned by management.
Rate listed does not include gratuity.
Pay: $22.62 - $27.24 per hour
