We’re building an incredible Food & Beverage team for our brand‑new, waterfront, resort‑style clubhouse at Naples Reserve HOA!
The Reserve Club features a robust, cocktail-forward beverage program anchored by a large outdoor resort-style bar, offering elevated classics like the Naples Old Fashioned, Golden Coast Manhattan, and Coastal Martini, alongside fresh coastal cocktails, spritzes, frozen island favorites, curated wines, and rotating local draft beers.
Our culinary and service program is approachable, fresh, and execution‑driven, featuring coastal starters, elevated comfort favorites, and high‑quality entrées such as bourbon‑glazed salmon, seared ahi tuna, rotating chef’s signature features, and fresh catch offerings.
The atmosphere is casually awesome - a resort‑inspired outdoor environment with a large bar, waterfront views, and an emphasis on consistency, hospitality, and teamwork.
Job Overview:
As a Lead Server, you will be assisting the Property Manager in the organization and supervision of service in the Restaurant and Room Service areas. Responsible for opening and closing procedures, table service, food prep, cleaning, cash handling and inventory, making drinks, possessing a large knowledge of drink recipes, checking for proper identification, maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the bar area, replacing kegs, handling employee issues, handling customer complaints and disturbances, scheduling employees, supervising other bartenders/servers, ordering supplies and alcohol and overseeing the workings of the bar/restaurant area.
Your Responsibilities:
- Prepare restaurant for lunch / dining by setting decorations, condiments, napkins and utensils
- Protect establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety and alcohol beverage control policies
- Must be able to explain the chef's specialties; identify appropriate wines; answer food preparation questions
- Stay updated on current menu choices, specialties and menu deviations, knowing if the kitchen staff is running out of any items, etc.
- Transmit orders to bar and kitchen by recording resident choices; identifying Resident special dietary needs and special requests
- Serve orders by picking up and delivering patrons' choices from bar and kitchen; deliver accompaniments and condiments from service bars
- Respond to additional patron requirements by inquiring of needs; observing dining process
- Maintain table setting by removing courses as completed; replenishing utensils; refilling water glasses; being alert to patron spills or other special needs
- Properly open and pour wine at the tableside
- Obtain revenues by totaling charges; issuing bill; accepting payment; returning credit card and signature slip to Resident
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Skills & Qualifications:
- Must be available to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings, weekends and holiday
- Superior customer service skills / guest service focused
- Positive attitude and friendly personality is essential
- Ability to represent the restaurant with a professional image
- Excellent communication skills, both in person, through emails and over the phone
- Excellent time management skills and multitasking ability
- Progressive people management skills
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work in various positions, including, but not limited to stooping, standing, bending over, sitting, kneeling and squatting for extended periods of time, climbing stairs, navigating the property/building quickly and easily as required to meet the job function
- Ability to lift 50 lbs following appropriate safety procedures.
- Work in an upright standing position for long periods of time.
- Handle, finger, grasp and feel objects and equipment.
- Reach with hands and arms.
- Repeat various motions with the wrists, hands and fingers.
Schedule: Varies based on the needs of the property.

As a full-time non-exempt associate, you will be eligible for full comprehensive benefits to include your choice of multiple medical plans, dental, and vision. In addition, you will be eligible for time off benefits, paid holidays, and a 401k with company match. Occasional travel may be required to attend training and other company functions.
Compensation: $16.00 per hour plus 18% auto gratuity
