Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Here's what success looks like in this role:
- Guide Pet Parents: Follow our proven process to match families with the right services.
- Book Services: Handle reservations for daycare, lodging, training, and spa.
- Welcome Guests: Greet arrivals, process check-ins/outs, and ensure records are accurate.
- Communicate Clearly: Provide updates and confirmations by phone, email, and in person.
- Team Collaboration: Support smooth operations across departments when needed.
- Light Dog Handling: Assist only during check-in/out as needed.
Pay, Benefits & Schedule
Here's how we take care of you:
- Pay: $17 to 19 per hour (based on experience).
- Benefits:
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
- Company-funded short- and long-term disability insurance.
- $25,000 life insurance policy for all full-time employees
- Employee discounts on services.
- Schedule: Full-time, 8-hour shifts; Monday-Friday with some weekends and holidays.
- Holiday pay: Anyone working on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, or the Fourth of July will receive 1.5x their hourly pay.
- Worksite: Onsite at our Wheeling, IL resort.
