Reports To: Food & Beverage Director / Restaurant & Banquet Managers
We are seeking professional, hospitality-driven Seasonal Banquet and Restaurant Servers to join our team for the upcoming season. These seasonal roles run from April through the end of October, with the opportunity to return next season based on successful performance and completion of the current season.
Servers are responsible for creating an exceptional dining experience for Club members and their guests through positive engagement, attention to detail, and timely, professional service. Candidates must thrive in both structured banquet environments and à la carte restaurant settings while working collaboratively with the front-of-house team.
The ideal candidate has a confident, polished demeanor, embodies the spirit of hospitality, and demonstrates strong service knowledge and teamwork.
- Provide warm, professional, and attentive service to all members and guests
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of food, beer, wine, and spirits
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely, correct delivery
- Maintain clear communication with Servers, Server Assistants, Food Runners, and Managers to ensure seamless service
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining rooms, banquet spaces, and service areas
- Support team members and step into support roles when needed
- Follow all Club policies and procedures, including attendance, safety, and conduct standards
- Set up banquet spaces according to the Banquet Event Order (BEO) and Club standards
- Ensure proper room setup, table settings, and event readiness
- Execute plated, buffet, and reception-style service according to event specifications
- Maintain proper pacing of courses as directed by management
- Utilize table numbers and seat numbers to ensure accurate food and beverage delivery
- Clear and reset tables in alignment with event flow and standards
- Ensure successful follow-through of each event from setup to breakdown
- Provide full-service dining in an à la carte restaurant environment
- Guide members through menu selections and make informed recommendations
- Monitor table pacing and maintain attentive service throughout the dining experience
- Process orders accurately through POS systems
- Maintain dining room cleanliness and readiness throughout service
- Previous serving experience preferred (banquet and/or restaurant experience a plus)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Working knowledge of food, wine, beer, and spirits
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

- Must have open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift service trays as needed
- Deliver consistently high-level hospitality
