Position: Part Time Front Desk Agent

Edson Hill, a stunning 22-room boutique hotel nestled in the beauty of Stowe, is looking for a dynamic, attentive and resourceful Front Desk Agent to join our incredible hospitality team.

What You’ll Do
As the first and last point of contact for our guests, you’ll play a key role in crafting memorable experiences from start to finish.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Offering a warm and genuine welcome to every guest, recognizing and greeting returning visitors by name.
- Managing reservations, check-ins, and check-outs with care and attention to detail.
- Handling guest inquiries and requests — from dinner reservations to local adventure recommendations — with creativity and professionalism.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure every guest’s stay is seamless.
- Assisting in dining reservations and occasionally helping seat dinner guests.
- Keeping a finger on the pulse of everything happening at Edson Hill and around Stowe to provide insider tips and tailored experiences.
This role offers a mix of morning and evening shifts and requires availability on weekends and holidays — when our guests need us most!

- Communicate clearly and confidently, even in challenging situations.

- Have reliable transportation and a flexible schedule.
