What you will be doing
As a Front Desk / Bell Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests, warmly welcoming them and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience. You will handle guest inquiries, manage reservations, and provide information about the hotel and local area. In addition to front desk responsibilities, you will assist with bell services, including helping guests with luggage, escorting them to their rooms, and providing personalized service throughout their stay. Your role is key in delivering seamless and memorable guest experiences from arrival to departure.
Compensation
$18.50 - $20.00 per hour
