General Purpose:
The Outside Service Attendant will support the golf operation. This position will embody The Club at Crested Butte’s standards of service and member experience.
Essential Duties:
- Stage golf carts for daily play and tournament play.
- Provide excellent service and positive interactions with members and guests.
- Ensure the cart barn is kept clean and organized.
- Attend the bag drop and assist customers with their golf bags.
- Maintain stock and inventory of practice range.
- Wash practice balls.
- Collect golf balls using range picker.
Physical Demands:
- Physical activity may include long hours (6-8 hours) of standing, walking, bending, and scooping.
- Regularly lifts 25 pounds and occasionally lifts up to 50 pounds.
- Safely handle cleaning chemicals as required.
- Work outside in various weather conditions.
Education/Experience:
- Previous golf course experience preferred.
Work Requirements:
- Ability to work flexible hours including AM, PM, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Knowledge of the game of golf preferred.
