We are seeking a seasonal full-time Host to join our dynamic and friendly hospitality team at the Beach Club. As the first point of contact for our members and their guests, you'll play an essential role in delivering an exceptional experience, ensuring everyone feels welcome, comfortable, and excited to return to our oceanfront paradise.

Profit Sharing and 401k Plan is available to employees who are at least 21 years of age, have a minimum of one year of service, and have worked a minimum of 1,000 hours in a calendar year. The Club matches a portion of employee contributions.

YOUR ROLE: SEASONAL BEACH CLUB HOST
As a Seasonal Beach Club Host, you'll be the welcoming face of our Beach Club, ensuring that every member and guest has an unforgettable experience from the moment they arrive. Your role will involve greeting and seating members and guests, managing reservations, and providing top-tier customer service. You'll set the tone for each guest's visit by creating a warm and friendly atmosphere while assisting with any special requests or needs.
Your ability to maintain a calm, organized demeanor in a fast-paced environment, all while providing friendly and professional service, will be key. You'll work closely with our waitstaff, bartenders, and management team to ensure smooth operations and ensure that every guest feels valued and cared for.
What We're Looking For:
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to greet guests warmly and effectively manage reservations and seating.
- Organization: Skill in managing the flow of guests, keeping track of seating arrangements, and ensuring timely service.
- Positive AttitudeProfessionalism: Friendly and approachable with a knack for creating a welcoming environment.
- Teamwork: You'll collaborate with the entire team, including servers and bartenders, to provide a seamless guest experience.
- Availability: Must be at least 16 years old, with availability for various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
