Hotel Bellwether is a boutique luxury hotel known for thoughtful service, personal attention, and genuine care for every guest. We are seeking a Bellhop who takes pride in creating meaningful first and last impressions through warm, attentive, and personalized service.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and assist with luggage
- Escort guests to rooms while providing personalized information about hotel amenities
- Offer local recommendations and thoughtful assistance when appropriate
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly with care and discretion
- Maintain a polished appearance and ensure lobby and bell areas are immaculate
- Assist with transportation arrangements, including taxis and private vehicles
- Coordinate closely with Front Desk, and Housekeeping teams
- Crosstrain on Front Desk operations and provide coverage as needed, including guest check-ins, check-outs, and basic administrative duties
- Provide additional support during hotel events and large group arrivals/departures
- Uphold boutique service standards, guest privacy, and safety protocols at all times
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in boutique hotels, luxury hospitality, or high-touch service preferred
- Willingness and ability to be cross-trained on Front Desk operations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional appearance and calm, polished demeanor
- Ability to lift and carry luggage.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and guest-focused
- Availability for evening and weekend shifts, with flexibility for events and group business
Schedule Requirements
- Primarily needed Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings
- Sunday mornings
- Additional availability for hotel events, weddings, and large group arrivals/departures as needed
