Hotel Bellwether is a boutique luxury hotel known for thoughtful service, personal attention, and genuine care for every guest. We are seeking a Bellhop who takes pride in creating meaningful first and last impressions through warm, attentive, and personalized service.

This role is ideal for someone who understands that true luxury is not just formal, it is thoughtful, consistent, and sincere.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and assist with luggage
Escort guests to rooms while providing personalized information about hotel amenities
Offer local recommendations and thoughtful assistance when appropriate
Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly with care and discretion
Maintain a polished appearance and ensure lobby and bell areas are immaculate
Assist with transportation arrangements, including taxis and private vehicles
Coordinate closely with Front Desk, and Housekeeping teams
Crosstrain on Front Desk operations and provide coverage as needed, including guest check-ins, check-outs, and basic administrative duties
Provide additional support during hotel events and large group arrivals/departures
Uphold boutique service standards, guest privacy, and safety protocols at all times

Qualifications & Experience

Previous experience in boutique hotels, luxury hospitality, or high-touch service preferred
Willingness and ability to be cross-trained on Front Desk operations
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Professional appearance and calm, polished demeanor
Ability to lift and carry luggage.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Reliable, detail-oriented, and guest-focused
Availability for evening and weekend shifts, with flexibility for events and group business

Schedule Requirements

Primarily needed Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings
Sunday mornings
Additional availability for hotel events, weddings, and large group arrivals/departures as needed
