WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Checks and maintains proper set-up and cleanliness of service station before, during and after shift.
- Greets guests in a friendly and courteous manner and explains all specials, promotions and suggests at least one drink and food item from the regular menu.
- Takes orders, reciting each order back to the guest; requires memorization of all available drinks.
- Inputs orders into point-of-sale system correctly, including any special requests and/ or allergies.
- Replenishes beverages as requested, frequently checking back with guest to inquire about satisfaction.
- Present the guest with the check promptly, thanking them and inviting them to return.
WHAT YOU BRING
- At least 2 years’ Bartending or serving work experience required.
- Guest relations/service experience in a similar environment preferred.
