About us
The Cavalier Golf & Yacht Club in Virginia Beach is a private social, athletic and recreational club. We provide golfing, yachting, swimming, tennis, dining and other social, recreational and athletic facilities. Our mission is to provide a family-oriented environment for our members, their families and invited guests.
Duties
-Deliver food orders from the kitchen to the appropriate tables in a timely manner
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of food orders
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area as well as your station in the kitchen
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or special requests from our members and their guests
Requirements
- Previous experience in a food service or restaurant setting is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
-Must be able to lift up to 25 lb tray to table
-Must be able to lift heavy trash cans
