Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in New City, NY, for an Executive Sous Chef/Chef de Cuisine. The role involves overseeing daily culinary operations, managing kitchen staff, and ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation. Responsibilities include menu development, maintaining food safety and sanitation standards, and collaborating with the culinary team to meet members’ dining and event needs. The Executive Sous Chef/Chef de Cuisine will play a key role in delivering the exceptional dining experience that Paramount Country Club is known for.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in culinary techniques, food preparation, and menu development
- Experience in managing kitchen staff, scheduling, and leadership in a culinary setting
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and kitchen organization
- Creativity in menu planning and expertise in delivering diverse culinary experiences
- Strong time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience in a high-end hospitality or private club setting
- Experience in banquet and event menu execution is a plus
Compensation Commensurate with Experience
Salary Range: $75,000-105,000
