Pelican Marsh Golf Club is seeking a skilled and detailed - oriented Irrigation Technician to maintain and manage the golf course irrigation system. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with golf course irrigation systems, a strong understanding of turfgrass water requirements, and a proactive approach to maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in irrigation maintenance on a golf course or similar setting.
- Familiarity with pump station operation and maintenance, including flow sensors, pressure regulation and preventative maintenance.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Valid drivers license.
- Must be able to work early mornings, weekends, holidays as needed and on-call rotations.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and as a part of our team.
- Must be organized, with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
- Have good time management skills
- Prior golf course maintenance and irrigation experience is a major plus.
