We are seeking a highly organized, personable, and detail-oriented Concierge/Administrative Assistant to serve as the front-of-house representative for our prestigious gated golf community.
Position Overview
This fast-paced position is ideal for a dynamic professional who thrives in a service-oriented environment and can manage multiple administrative functions with discretion and efficiency. As the first point of contact for residents, guests, and prospective members, the Concierge/Administrative Assistant plays a key role in delivering exceptional community experience while supporting the administrative operations of the membership office.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet residents, guests, and visitors with professionalism and courtesy.

Maintain and manage the membership database, including processing new and transfer memberships.

Coordinate and manage reservation requests, meeting spaces, and room scheduling.

Manage electronic record filing systems and logs to ensure all documentation is properly stored and accessible.

Serve as the primary phone operator, directing calls, taking messages, and responding to inquiries.

Provide general administrative support to management and other departments as needed.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in a concierge, administrative assistant, or customer service role, preferably in a luxury or private community setting.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and database management.

Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Working Conditions:

Minimum Qualifications:

Associate’s degree (AA); and one to two years of administrative experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.

Ability to communicate verbally and in writing. Ability to compose letters and to facilitate phone calls and general inquiries sensibly.
