We’re looking for energetic, professional, and service-focused individuals to join our team as an Event Server. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our private events banquets, weddings, galas, and member functions ensuring each occasion runs seamlessly and every guest feels special. - Set up and break down event spaces with precision and attention to detail.
- Serve food and beverages during private events with professionalism and efficiency.
- Greet and interact with members and guests in a warm, welcoming manner.
- Ensure tables are properly cleared, reset, and maintained throughout events.
- Execute formal banquet-style service including passed hors d’oeuvres and plated meals.
- Maintain a high level of awareness regarding timing and flow of service during events.
- Handle special requests or dietary needs with discretion and accuracy.
- Operate POS systems when needed and follow proper billing protocols.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in both front and back-of-house areas.
- Collaborate closely with event leads, culinary staff, and fellow servers to ensure smooth execution.
- Participate in setup rehearsals, staff meetings, or walkthroughs when required.

- At least 18 years of age (must meet legal age requirements for alcohol service in Florida).
- 3–6 months of customer service or hospitality experience (training is available for the right candidates).
- Ability to obtain ANSI Florida Food Handler and Responsible Vendor Server Training certifications within 90 days of hire.
- A polished, professional appearance and strong communication skills.
- A flexible schedule, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ year of banquet or event serving experience in a fine dining, country club, or hospitality setting.
- Familiarity with formal service styles and banquet event procedures.
- Ability to lift and carry trays up to 30 lbs (and occasionally up to 50 lbs).
- Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods, including navigating crowded or tight spaces.
- Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for carrying trays and handling service items.
- Clear verbal communication and the ability to distinguish visual cues (e.g., table numbers, color-coded items).
