Position Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and personable Part-Time Server to join our team. This role includes both regular dining services and banquet/event service. The ideal candidate is friendly, efficient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment during club events and special functions.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent service to members and guests.
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately.
- Set up and break down banquet spaces as needed.
- Assist with private events, weddings, and club functions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization or dining areas.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff
- Ensure a positive and professional guest experience.
Qualifications:
- Previous serving experience required
- Banquet or event experience preferred
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and special events
Compensation:
- Competitive hourly rate plus tips.
