Olcott Yacht Club is looking for reliable, versatile, energetic employees. We offer competitive pay based on experience. Preference will be given to candidates who can perform in multiple roles. All positions require a positive, guest-focused attitude, the ability to work in fast-paced environments and be adaptive under pressure, be able to communicate effectively with others and the ability to work Wednesday through Sunday evening/weekend shifts, Memorial Day, July 3rd and Labor Day. It is a high-standard environment in a scenic, seasonal, waterfront setting .Positions available include Servers, Bussers, Bartenders, Cook and Dishwashers.
Server Qualifications:
- Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply).
- Responsive Problem-solving.
- Teamwork.
- Ability to multitask.
- Attention to detail.
- Stamina.
- Former server experience and familiarity with restaurant POS systems is beneficial but not required.
Olcott Yacht Club is a private social club that offers casual dining Wednesday through Sunday and formal dining Friday and Saturday. In addition to dining, we host large parties and themed events for our members and guests.
Pay: $10.70 - $14.00 per hour
