Overview
Fairplain Yacht Club is hiring a Service Flow Coordinator (Expo Lead) to help run the critical connection between our kitchen and dining room.
This role is the control point of service during busy shifts, ensuring food is accurate, organized, and delivered efficiently to our guests. The right candidate is confident, organized, and able to keep things moving in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate food orders from kitchen to dining room
- Verify accuracy, presentation, and modifications before food leaves the window
- Communicate clearly between cooks and servers
- Maintain smooth ticket flow during high-volume service
- Quickly address issues or delays to keep service running efficiently
- Support the team to maintain our quality and timing standards
Qualifications
- Restaurant experience preferred (expo, server, or kitchen experience a plus)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to stay calm and focused during busy shifts
- Quick problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Team-oriented with a strong sense of urgency
This is a key hourly leadership position that plays an important role in delivering the high-quality experience our guests expect at Fairplain Yacht Club.
