The Ocean House Beach Bar is a high-volume, full-service, outdoor beachfront restaurant with live music nightly and a packed floor all summer.
Backed by the same culinary and bar team as The Ocean House, we serve a “baja luau / tiki taco” menu alongside a high-end beach bar cocktail program. It’s a lively setting that regularly hosts 300+ guests at a time.
We are seeking talented servers to join a fast-moving, team-oriented operation with strong earning potential in a short, high-impact season.
Servers are supported by a full team (hosts, food runners, bussers, managers on the floor) and work within a pooled house. Typical report time is 2:00 PM with dinner-focused shifts. Five days per week is standard in peak season. We also host wedding-adjacent events and buyouts, adding to the overall vibe and financial opportunity.
Meaningful restaurant experience is strongly preferred. You must be comfortable working at pace in a high-volume outdoor environment—sun, wind, and movement are a big part of the job. Good shoes, sunscreen, and a base layer go a long way.
The Opportunity
The Beach Bar offers one of the strongest seasonal earning opportunities on Cape Cod within a condensed summer window.
We soft open the weekend before Memorial Day, operate Friday–Sunday through mid-June, and then run Tuesday–Sunday through Labor Day.

Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
