What You'll Do:
- Welcome and register guests, manage reservations, answer calls using a multi-line phone system, and provide exceptional concierge services.
- Be the primary point of contact for guests, whether it’s serving drinks at our evening beer and wine reception or making small deliveries.
- Utilize your tech skills to keep operations running smoothly and address any challenges that may arise.
- Create meaningful connections with our guests while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Your Schedule:
- This position is part time, with a base three to four shifts per week with potential for increased hours based on business needs and staff requests.
- Schedules vary during training but most shifts will be 2:30pm to 10:30pm.
- Regular weekend and holiday availability required.
- The schedule is created on a monthly basis and is typically available two weeks before the start of each month.
- Schedule flexibility is essential.

- Pay: Starting wage of $18.90 per hour. Wage may be evaluated depending on experience.

What You Bring:
- Customer service experience is a plus, but not required!
- Passion for engaging with people and creating lasting memories.
- Flexibility with scheduling.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Candidate must be 18+ years of age.
- Willingness and ability to obtain an OLCC and Food Handlers license.
- Strong decision making sills and the ability to work independently.
Physical Requirements:
- The ability with or without reasonable accommodations to:
- Stand for long periods of time, up to 8 hours.
- Go up and down stairs.
- Lift/pull/push 25 pounds.
- Bend, squat and kneel.
