Oldfield Club is seeking a Membership Experience Manager! Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service.
Member Programs
• Manage and grow member programs including birthdays, new pups, new mini members, milestones, and other member efforts
• Run the birthday program, including weekly planning and delivery of treats to member homes
Lodging Oversight
• Oversee lodging reservations, confirmations, check ins and check outs, and owner relations
• Monitor market rates, support pricing decisions, and manage lodging related budgets and reporting
• Maintain service standards and resolve lodging issues as needed
Member Engagement and Software
• Maintain member experience related software and content, including concierge information, local partner benefits, and posts related to foundations and philanthropy
• Keep information current and accessible for members and staff
Teamwork and Coverage
• Partner with the Member Experience Coordinator to align booking procedures, vendor updates, and program execution
• Provide occasional front desk coverage as needed
• Fill in for Membership/Community tours when needed
• Support events and special projects as required
Required Skills and Abilities
• Strong organization, follow through, and attention to detail
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with discretion and good judgment
• Clear communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment
• Relationship management skills with vendors and community partners
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related systems
Experience
• Private club, hospitality, or high touch service experience required
Physical Requirements
• Prolonged standing and active movement
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds as needed
Compensation and Benefits
• Salary: $55,000 annually
