In this front-line role, you’ll assist members, manage inventory, schedule court times, and collaborate with tennis professionals to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience. Your contributions will help create a welcoming environment and uphold the high standards our members expect.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet members and guests warmly and professionally.

Assist with court reservations, program sign-ups, and member inquiries.

Process retail sales, lesson payments, and account charges using club software.

Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked Pro Shop merchandise displays.

Communicate daily court conditions and event schedules to members.

Support tennis staff with event setup, tournament check-in, and communications.

Answer phones, respond to emails, and provide general administrative support.

Monitor inventory and assist with ordering and receiving merchandise.

Provide excellent customer service at all times and help resolve minor issues.
Qualifications:

Previous customer service.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.

Dependable, organized, and detail oriented.

Friendly and professional demeanor in a fast-paced, member-facing role.

Knowledge of tennis or racquet sports is a plus but not required.
