We are seeking a driven, technically capable Robotics Manager to lead sales, installation, service, and customer adoption of Husqvarna robotic mowing solutions.
Position Summary
The Robotics Manager plays a critical role in selling, deploying, and supporting Husqvarna robotic mowers across assigned territories. This role blends technical expertise, customer relationship management, and field execution, with the flexibility to work from home when not traveling to customer sites.
You will report to the Sales and Technical Team Leaders and work closely with internal teams to ensure best-in-class customer experience from demo through long-term service.
Key Responsibilities Sales & Customer Support

Serve as a product expert for the Husqvarna Robotic product line

Conduct product demonstrations and site assessments

Generate quotes and manage sales orders

Oversee installations, maintenance, and repairs

Maintain consistent communication from install through ongoing service
Technical Execution

Perform installations, diagnostics, repairs, and routine maintenance

Ensure systems are operating to Husqvarna standards and customer expectations

Troubleshoot technical issues in the field with precision and efficiency
Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain long-term customer relationships

Deliver a high-touch, consultative customer experience

Act as a trusted advisor for robotic mowing solutions
Coordination & Collaboration
Marketing & Industry Presence

Represent SynaTek Solutions at industry events, conferences, and demo days

Support local and regional demonstrations to drive adoption and awareness
Training & Development
Preferred Qualifications Experience

Background in golf course maintenance or sales within the turf, landscape, or golf industries

Experience with robotic technology or strong interest in learning advanced robotics systems
Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and manage projects autonomously

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Comfortable learning new software and technical systems
Additional Requirements

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors
