Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with smooth check-in and check-out processes.
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and routing calls efficiently.
- Handle guest requests promptly, ensuring their needs are met with friendliness and attention to detail.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details using hotel management software.
- Provide exceptional guest services by offering local recommendations, resolving issues swiftly, and enhancing overall guest satisfaction.
- Support night audit procedures by reconciling accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy overnight.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest concerns and ensure the hotel’s standards are upheld.
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a resort or hospitality setting is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a proven ability to handle diverse guest interactions positively.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve our diverse clientele effectively.
- Familiarity with hospitality management software and multi-line phone systems is advantageous.
- Knowledge of guest relations, hotel operations, and night audit procedures will help you excel in this role.
