The Assistant Golf Course Superintendent-In-Training (AIT) is an entry-level role designed for individuals pursuing a career in golf course management. This position offers structured training and hands-on experience to prepare candidates for promotion to Assistant Superintendent. The AIT works closely with the Director of Maintenance and Assistant Superintendents to support daily operations, staff training, and project management.

Learn and perform maintenance tasks across all core areas: equipment operation, irrigation system management, chemical/fertilizer applications, bunker, greens, and landscape maintenance

• Frequently required to walk, kneel, sit, bend, and operate equipment
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Overtime opportunities available
