Summary
We are seeking a skilled Bartender/Server to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, taking orders and providing outstanding customer service to our members. Your contributions will enhance the overall experience at our club.
(Essential Functions)
- Provides immediate attention to all members/guests upon seating
- Constantly strives to learn Member’s names, preferences and enters same on POS System
- Verifies accuracy on prices and member’s account number presents bill to member for signature, handles billing as prescribed by standard operating procedures.
- Provides immediate attention to all members/guests upon seating
- Pours must be consistent and accurate
- No Premix all drinks must be made from scratch, and consistent mixture of drinks
- Always chill martini and up drink glasses no matter how busy
- Fruit and garnish cut fresh daily, never for next day or week
- All wine and champagne must have appropriate cork or plug, absolutely no napkin, plastic wrap or paper used
- Fill all mixed drinks to a nice level and garnish – taste and look appealing
- Fill water glasses; answer questions and suggest menu items and or applicable complimenting wines; the take members/guests orders.
- Place orders with kitchen; inform cooks of any special cooking instructions through the POS System or expeditor.
- In the absence of the food runner (Busser) and or expeditor, Assembles food on tray; procures items from each station as necessary, serves meal; placing dishes by courses in front of each person.
- Constantly monitors member/guests satisfaction; replenishes water and butter as necessary.
- Removes soiled dishes; suggests and serves dessert, coffee and/or after dinner drinks.
- Keep tables, dining room and bus station areas clean, advises supervisor of any indiscretions upon occurrence.
