Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring accuracy in billing and reservations.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to provide guests with relevant information.
- Operate phone systems effectively, managing incoming calls and directing them as necessary.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.
Experience
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with hospitality management software (Exnelo)
- Strong phone etiquette skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist a diverse clientele.
- A background in hotel or resort operations is advantageous but not mandatory.
