This is a key role within our agronomy department — ideal for a hands-on professional who takes pride in keeping equipment running at peak performance to deliver excellent playing conditions for our members and guests.
About the Role As our Equipment Manager, you will be responsible for the repair, maintenance, and record-keeping of all golf course equipment — including mowers, tractors, utility vehicles, and specialized turf machinery. Your work will directly support the daily operations of the golf course and ensure that our maintenance team has reliable tools to keep the course in top condition.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment

Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues quickly and efficiently

Grind and adjust reels to maintain precise cutting performance

Manage parts inventory and maintain detailed service records

Collaborate with the Golf Course Superintendent to schedule and prioritize equipment needs
