We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Front Desk Agent to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and team members, ensuring a smooth and professional experience at the front Desk.
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors, clients, and staff with enthusiasm and professionalism, providing exceptional customer service at all times
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and courteously using proper phone etiquette
- Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and inquiries promptly, maintaining clear communication channel.
- Support office management duties including answering questions, providing support to Guests, and ensuring a welcoming environment
Experience
- Previous office experience or clerical background is highly preferred, especially in roles such as receptionist or administrative assistant
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and data entry skills
- Experience managing multi-line phone systems and demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively communicate with diverse audience.

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
