Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily operations of the rental properties and guest services.
- Greet and check-in guests, ensuring a warm and professional experience.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure accuracy of financial transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
- Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping teams as needed.
- Promote positive guest relations to encourage repeat visits.
- Ensure compliance with safety and hospitality standards.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality management as well as hotel front desk operations.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a passion for guest satisfaction.
