JOB TITLE: PART TIME FRONT DESK –GUEST SERVICE AGENT
Sunday: 3pm to 11pm
Monday and Tuesday, 4pm to 12am.
SUMMARY OF POSITION:
- Perform administrative duties as assigned. Check-in and check-out guest. Respond to inquiries and/or challenges in an efficient courteous professional manner. Manage all Front Office incoming calls. Contribute creative solutions to provide efficient process improvements.
JOB DUTIES:
- Execute guest registration and room assignments, accommodating special request.
- Pre-register, block reservations, and take same day reservations as necessary.
- Partner with Housekeeping and Maintenance team to achieve daily goals.
- Service on property owners accounts.
- Execute shift requirements, reports, opening and closing procedures.
- Responsible to keep updated knowledge of property website and in-room guest books.
- Manage Front Office incoming calls.
- Able to communicate with various levels of the public, property owners, timeshare guest, timeshare exchange guest and nightly rentals.
- Stock front office inventory daily.
- Maintain appearance of front office.
- Perform any and all other duties deemed appropriate and necessary by the Resort's General Manager.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years’ experience or willing to be trained
- Must have strong computer navigation: Multi screen/database skills.
- Must be a reliable worker who is able to perform routine tasks without supervision
- Must have solid computer and cashiering skills
- Administrative experience, e.g., record keeping, office procedures, etc.
- Must be detailed oriented
- Full Time (weekend and holiday service required)
- Hourly range - $19per hour (dependent upon experience)
