Responsibilities
- Greet guests with enthusiasm and professionalism, providing a positive first impression of the property
- Manage front desk operations including check-in, check-out, and reservations using multi-line phone systems
- Assist guests with inquiries, special requests, and hotel amenities to enhance their stay
- Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty
- Conduct night audits when scheduled to ensure accurate financial transactions and reporting
- Maintain clear communication with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Promote hotel services and local attractions to maximize guest engagement and experience
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations preferred
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations
- Strong phone etiquette and proficiency with multi-line phone systems required
- Knowledge of hotel management software and reservation systems is a plus
- Ability to handle night audit procedures confidently when scheduled
- Previous experience in guest services within a resort or hotel environment is advantageous
