Brant Beach Yacht Club (BBYC) is seeking upbeat, friendly, and service-driven Restaurant & Banquet Servers to join our summer 2026 hospitality team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a gorgeous waterfront setting, support lively social events, and help members enjoy delicious meals and cocktails with unbeatable sunset views.

What You’ll Do:
As a Restaurant & Banquet Server, you will help create memorable dining experiences by:
Guest Service
· Greeting members and guests warmly upon arrival
· Providing friendly, efficient, and polished service throughout each shift
· Assisting members with menu information and drink selections
· Ensuring every guest feels comfortable, recognized, and well cared for
Restaurant & Event Support
· Serving meals and beverages at B by the Sea and at club social events
· Setting up buffets and assisting with banquet service
· Communicating effectively with kitchen staff regarding orders, shortages, and specials
· Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional environment

Operational Responsibilities
· Delivering food and beverages promptly and accurately
· Replenishing utensils, refilling drinks, and anticipating guest needs
· Performing basic cleaning and side work as directed
· Upholding BBYC service standards and uniform guidelines

Typical shifts are Wednesday through Sunday, 3:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
A 4–5 day workweek is required during the season. Weekend & holiday availability is essential.
You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Are…
- At least 18 years of age
- Upbeat, outgoing, warm, and guest-focused
- Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- A strong communicator with a friendly demeanor
- Self-motivated, reliable, and hard-working
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Able to work the full season: June 19 – September 7, 2026
- Experienced in food service (preferred but not required)
- In possession of a valid driver’s license
Compensation
- $17–$20 per hour, based on experience
- Potential end-of-season performance bonus
- Work up to 40 hours/week, depending on availability.
