Responsibilities
- Provide attentive and friendly service to guests poolside, taking orders and delivering food and beverages promptly.
- Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently.
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning service areas, and adhering to food safety protocols.
- Assist with food preparation, food handling, and basic kitchen tasks when needed to support overall operations.
- Manage guest inquiries professionally, ensuring excellent guest relations and resolving any issues promptly.
- Support event setups or special functions by coordinating with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or tasks efficiently during busy periods.
- Experience in fine dining or nightclub settings is advantageous but not mandatory.
