Seeking Evening Front Desk Associate at Cannon Beach RV Resort - Full-time and Part-Time - Starting at $19/HR + $500 Hiring Bonus!
The RV Resort Cannon Beach is looking for a friendly and dependable Evening Front Desk Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized in a fast-paced environment, and being part of a welcoming coastal hospitality team.
Our front desk team plays a key role in creating a great guest experience—from the first greeting to the final farewell.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome guests and provide exceptional customer service
- Check guests in and out of the resort
- Answer phones and assist with reservations and guest inquiries
- Provide information about the RV resort, Cannon Beach, and local attractions
- Process payments and manage reservations in the property management system
- Assist guests with site information, amenities, and general needs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
- Support team members and help ensure smooth evening operations
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stay organized and multitask
- Comfortable using computers and reservation systems
- Reliable and punctual
- Previous hospitality, customer service, or front desk experience is helpful but not required
