Server
Duties:
- Greet guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
- Enter orders into the POS system and process payments through the cash register
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing excellent customer service
- Clear and clean tables after guests have finished their meals
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely delivery of food orders
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe dining environment
Skills:
- Experience in the food industry is preferred but not required
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in operating a cash register
- Excellent guest service skills with the ability to handle guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Knowledge of basic math for accurate order taking and bill calculation
- Familiarity with food handling procedures to ensure food safety standards are met
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Team player mentality with the ability to collaborate effectively with coworkers
