Torreon Golf Club is seeking a Golf Shop Attendant! Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service. The Golf Shop Attendant at Torreon Golf Club is responsible for delivering a welcoming, professional, and service-driven experience to our members and guests. This role supports the daily operations of the golf shop and plays an essential part in maintaining the high standards expected at a private club.
Primary responsibilities include checking in members and guests, managing the tee sheet, processing merchandise sales, answering phone calls, assisting with tournament preparation, and ensuring the golf shop remains organized and presentable at all times. The Golf Shop Attendant is also expected to develop product knowledge of apparel, equipment, and club services in order to provide informed recommendations and enhance the member experience.
The ideal candidate demonstrates strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude, professionalism, and a commitment to exceptional customer service are essential.
