The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Turfgrass Management or a related field, coupled with several years of experience in golf course maintenance. Strong communication skills, the ability to work in a spanish speaking environment, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are also key requirements for this role. Knowledge of irrigation systems, pest and disease management, and equipment maintenance is highly desirable.
